Like everything in life, it is almost always a coincidence, so is the story of Casa Balins in Clauzetto . In 2017, Amrit & Gatita , Fritz & Christine got to know and appreciate each other at a seminar in Austria.

The initial acquaintance turned into friendship and in the heart of Friuli near the Dolomites Casa Balins came into being. A place that not only stands out in terms of landscape, but also has a lot to offer culturally and historically.

Due to the timeless architecture of the house Casa Balins and the loving nature of the hosts Amrit & Gatita, a wonderful place to feel good was created here, the roots of which go back to the 18th century.

This jewel is not only perfect for spending quality time here because of its location and seclusion. Anyone looking for peace and quiet will find their place here, as will nature lovers and sporty guests.

So Casa Balins is a “love story,” says Amrit, who is actually Danish and has been at home pretty much all over the world. He speaks German, Italian, English and Dutch. But he finds his true love in Italy, “GATITA”. The two spent a long time in Italy for many episodes. It took a while for Gatita & Amrit to find their soul place in the hills of Friuli from the south of Sicily up into the mountains. It wasn’t really an arrival, it was a coming home.
